ZFM District Communicators Forum

Communicators, Public Participation officers, outreach and ward committee members today attended the ZF Mgcawu District Communicators Forum (DCF) in Upington. The DCF is intended to serve as a platform where different stakeholders meet to enhance participatory democracy in all three spheres of government and to support the functionality and effectiveness of public participation. 

The meeting discussed among other things how to ensure the integration of government programs and to encourage public participation in the affairs of government. The next DCF meeting will be held in the second quarter of the 2024/2025 financial year.
