OVERSIGHT REPORT ON THE 2019/2020 ANNUAL REPORT AND FINAL ANNUAL REPORT 2019/020
Notice is hereby given in terms of section 129 (3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) read with section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) that the ZF Mgcawu District Council approved the Oversight Report 2019/2020 on the Annual Report as well as the Final Annual Report for the 2019/2020 financial year on the 28th May 2021.
