Mayoral Service Delivery Imbizo

The South African Constitution states that municipalities have the responsibility to make sure that all citizens are provided with services to satisfy their basic needs.

It is with this responsibility in mind that the Executive Mayor of the ZF Mgcawu District Municipality, Councillor Maryna Basson accompanied by the Mayoral Committee took government services to the people of Kakamas in Kai !Garib.

Municipalities are the sphere of government closest to the people, they are elected by citizens to represent them and are responsible to ensure that services are delivered to the community.

We appreciate all the government departments formed part of the program and rendered their services. More so, the Executive Mayor is indeed grateful to all the community members who came out in their numbers to take full advantage of these services.
