ZF Mgcawu District Municipality, with its seat situated in Upington, in ZFM District, Northern Cape Province, invites suitably qualified candidates with relevant experience to fill the vacant position of Director Corporate Services.

Application forms for the Employment of Senior Managers are obtainable from the Municipality’s website or the Regulations on Appointment and Conditions of Employment for Senior Managers. An application not made on the official application form will not be considered. No facsimile will be accepted. Applications may be handed in at the Administration and Registry Offices of the municipal head offices at Dr Nelson Mandela & Upington26 Drive.

Note: Candidates who are not in possession of the CPMD/MFMP in line with notice 29967 of June 2007 on Municipal Regulation on Minimum Competency Levels will be given an opportunity to obtain such competency within 18 months if appointed. Please also not that shortlisted candidate will undergo security vetting including inter alia, competency assessment, the verification of Curricula Vitae, Qualifications and Criminal records. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement as well as disclose their financial interest.
